::  Installation Instructions

Before You Begin!

  1. Locate Property Lines - It is important to have your property lines accurately marked so that you can properly layout your fence and be sure you are not infringing on your neighbors property.

  2. Check Local Bylaws - Do check local bylaws to see if building permits are needed and to find out if there are any restrictions on fence height or frontage requirements.

  3. Call Before You Dig - THIS IS IMPORTANT! Make sure you call your local utilities companies and have them mark any buried cables or pipes. This is also needed so that you can accurately lay out your fence.

  4. Plan Your Fence - Do a scale drawing of the underground utilities and any other permanent fixtures. The draw where the proposed fence is to be located. A little attention to details at this stage can save you from costly mistakes later on and it also makes it easier to order materials.
