	This site was designed and tested with Internet Explorer 6.0. It has also be tested on the Mozilla browser under both windows and linux as well as the Konqueror browser for the K Desktop Environment. The site works flawlessly under Internet Explorer 6.0. There were some alignment issues under Mozilla and in Konqueror the drop down menus did not fuction. This site is best viewed at a resolution of 1024 x 768 or larger.
